Since the introduction of the android version 5.0, google account has been giving people tough time. One you reset you android smartphone, it will ask for the google account the was previously used on the device or you will not pass the to the home screen so you can use your phone. So Mobicel vivo is also running the android 5.0 which is the android lollipop. So once you hard reset the mobicel vivo, it will ask you to enter the previously account use on the phone.

We now that some people just create the google account just to enable google services on the phone, they do not memorize the login details. This worked out fine with the previous version of android. Don't download the ROM file just the Google account file only. Extract the file and open the extracted folder. There is a file written instruction, follow those instruction.
